Chop three to four cloves of garlic and mix it with a teaspoon of honey and give it to your child every morning on an empty stomach.
Ginger

Boil a cup of water and add one teaspoon of grated ginger to it. Strain the tea and add one teaspoon of honey to sweeten it.
