It also controls hair thinning and hair loss problems when used in right quantities. You can make an enriching hair mask by taking a portion of Epsom salt and mixing it to equal parts of a conditioner. Dampen your hair and apply it. After letting it absorb for about 30 minutes wash off completely. In case you feel the Epsom salt is very coarse, grind them first using a grinder before mixing it.

No matter what you do to your skin, by the end of the day your dead skin cells have to be removed. Many people tend to ignore this and as a result, they may not get the full benefit of a skin therapy. Try out Epsom salt for exfoliating your skin. Add a little Aloe Vera juice to it and refrigerate for some time.  Later, take them out and using a cotton bud, dip it into the solution and apply it directly on the affected areas. You can do this procedure several times a week for better results.

Foot odor and rough edges around the feet are a common problem which almost everyone would have faced at one point in time in their lives. Try out using Epsom salt for curbing these conditions. It has natural exfoliating properties that can help a great deal in softening the rough edges of your feet. To use it, add half a cup of Epsom salt to a tub of water. In case needed, add in a teaspoon of lavender essential oil for fragrance. Soak your feet in them for about 10 minutes. Repeat this procedure at least thrice a day to get better results for your problems. You can also use the procedure for minimizing toenail fungus problem.

To use them, dissolve two cups of Epsom Salt to your bath tub and add in some coconut oil. Now soak yourselves in it for about 20 minutes before giving yourself a regular bath. Use this method once a week. Also, in many cases, the above method can be used as a stress reliever and has a soothing effect on your nervous system.
