    as much i have googled, broccoli and corn are supposed to be good things in case of ulcers, not bad, corn has fibre, and broccoli has sulphoraphane.

    I am getting conflicting results on what is good and bad for ulcers. Oranges are supposable good for ulcers this site says it bad. Seen somewhere to sip a brew with cayenne pepper for healing ulcer. So I don’t know what to believe.

      On most sites they say fruits such as oranges, lemons, etc, the ones with high acidity are bad if you have ulcers.

    i have an ulcer since 2009 and nothing worked until in November 2015 looked on YOutube for videos about it. I wished I did that before, I found a bunch of videos from vegan people saying to drink raw vegetables mixed with fruit, even oranges and grape fruit and voila! 2 months pain free so far and going…

        There are other risk factors/causes of stomach ulcers. Avoid them.
        STRESS, taking too many meditations or medications that causes ulcer, not eating in time, eating too fast and lack of sleep.

    This is the worst post ever regarding ulcers!!! Seriously one section says a food is good, then it contradicts itself. I don’t believe this was made by someone who ever had an ulcer…..or who treats them. Because if people with ulcers follow this diet….it will screw their body up!
