It is also known as Virbhadrasana. It is essentially beneficial for increasing the lung capacity. Stand on floor in straight position and spread your legs. Turn your right leg and left leg in in the right direction. Raise and stretch your hands in upward direction and then join your palms together, so that it looks somewhat like prayer position or clapping position. Look upwards and relax.
This pose is very beneficial to those who love to have thinner legs, thighs, hands and arms. Stand in a straight position on the floor. Lift your left leg up and fold it from the knee and wrap around the right leg. Then, lift your hands up and bring them in front of the chest and wrap the left hand around the right hand. Look straight and relax.
Cow Face pose
This pose is also known as Gomukhasana. This is very healthy for losing the fats in the body. Sit On the floor and spread your legs in front of you. Then, bend on the knees and keep your feet on the floor. Slip the left foot under your right knee and place it in the outside of the right hip. Place your right leg above your left leg. Bend your hands from the elbow backwards and stretch in upward direction. The left hand palm should be placed behind your back and right below the neck and relax.
This pose is called as Mayurasana. It is very good for loosing fats in the stomach region. Kneel down and sit on the heels. Now, keep your hands on floor and finger towards the body. Palms pressed and thumb pointing outwards on the floor. Elbows should be pressed against the belly. Straighten the legs from behind and now stretch them. Lift up your body, through the help of your legs and hands, so that it is parallel to the floor. Now relax.
Extended Side Angle Pose
This pose is called Utthitha-Parsvakonasana. It helps in shedding fats from the sides. Stand straight on the floor. Turn your right leg at the angle of 90 degrees. Lower your body a little. Place the right hand on the right thigh. Lift your left hand up and stretch it towards the right direction of your head. Look on the right side. Repeat the same on the other side. Relax.
Wind Releasing Pose
This is also known as Pawanmuktasana. It helps in losing weight from the abdominal region and stomach. Lie down on the floor on your back. Lift your right leg up at the angle of 90 degrees. Fold the right leg from your knee and rest it on the stomach. Press your leg against the stomach firmly. Hold it with your hands and press. Repeat the same with left leg. Relax.
This pose works wonder for toning abs and firming the buttocks. Lie down on the floor on your belly and place your palms on the floor besides the chest. Lift your upper body and chest off the floor. Bend backwards as much as possible and look upwards. Remain constant for some time and release.
This pose is also known as Dhanurasana. IT also helps in toning your abs. Lie down on the floor on your stomach. Bend your legs from the knees and lift your legs from behind. Arch your back and hold your legs with your hands. Remain constant for some time. Relax.
