Tomato juice can also be consumed for obtaining relief from the problem of excessive sweating. To obtain best results, tomato juice should be consumed on a daily basis for a period of one week. After one week, drinking tomato juice on every alternate day can help in the treatment of excessive sweating.
An individual can directly apply cornstarch on the affected area to deal with the problem of excessive sweating. Desired results can also be obtained by applying baking soda on the affected area.
Zinc Rich Foods
The problem of excessive sweating can also be cured by the consumption of foods containing zinc. Intake of whole grains, nuts and legumes can provide effective results.
