This is another fragrant and feminine scrub that cleanses the skin well while providing a lingering aroma. For this, you need about 1/2 cup of coarse sea salt. To this add any essential oil of your choice like jojoba or grape-seed. Then add about 1 tablespoon of dried lavender to the same, you can also add some essential oil of the flower if fresh or dried lavender is not available.

For making this luscious and rich scrub, you need about ¼th cup ground coffee, which is great for fighting cellulite too. Then add some sugar to it, about 1/4th cup should. To this, add another couple of spoons of olive oil and 1 vitamin capsule, which is great for repairing skin damage and protects cells too. Take all the ingredients together. For the capsule, break or slit it in two parts and add the extract to the  mixture. Then scrub away to get deep pore cleansing the natural way. Coffee powder doesn’t work well here so stick to freshly grounded coffee beans only.

Chocolate And Coconut Polish

For this recipe, you need about 1 cup of brown sugar. Desiccated coconut is required for this recipe. 1/2 cup of dried coconut should do. You need to add about 1/3 cup of olive or almond oil to it. If you want to avoid the oil then use melted chocolate in the same amount. Else use 2 tablespoons of dark cocoa powder (if using the oil). You can also add vanilla extract for added fragrance. You need to mix all of the ingredients together. Make sure that if you are using melted chocolate, then the same is at room temperature. Mix all the ingredients well because cocoa powder can be a bit lumpy. Now apply the mask all over the body and let it stay for few minutes, this helps in added nourishment. Then scrub gently to get rid of dead skin layers and cells.
