Blend a bunch of fresh mint leaves with some water in a mixer grinder and strain the pulp to extract the juice. Smear the juice on all the affected areas of the skin and rub it gently into the skin. Allow the juice to dry then you can wash it off with cold water after half an hour. Do this, three times daily and keep the juice on your skin overnight. The refreshing and cool juice will instantly calm the irritated skin and will bring relief in the itching.
Take a piece of watermelon and rub it for five to ten minutes on the peeling skin. Allow the juice to dry and if you want you can wash it off after half an hour. Keep rubbing watermelon on the skin every few hours. The malic acid found in watermelon not only helps to heal the damaged skin but also brings considerable relief in the itching and burning and keeps the skin cool all the time.
Aloe vera is a time tested remedy for all kinds of skin disorders and diseases. It is full of powerful antifungal, antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It takes care of all kinds of infections and heals the damaged tissue of the skin. Remove the gel from a fresh aloe vera leaf and rub it all over your skin for ten minutes. Reapply every few hours to keep the skin well moisturized and free from itching.
Coconut is the easiest and best remedy for a peeling skin. It not only nourishes the skin but also helps to repair and regenerate the damaged skin cells. It gets rid of all types of infections, removes dryness and soothes and calms the irritated skin and stops it from peeling by keeping it well moisturized. Run coconut oil on all the affected areas as frequently as possible.
Rub some homemade curd on all the affected areas. Keep for an hour after which wash off with warm water. Apply two or three times daily to get rid of skin infections and to heal the damaged and peeling skin.
