The best way to consume these berries is by preparing a tea. For this you should take 2 teaspoons of dried berries in a cup of water and boil it. Allow to steep for half an hour and drink three cups of this tea in a day. As an alternative you can also eat spoonfuls of bilberry jam for it to act as one of the herbal remedies for myopia.
