Castor (Ricinus Communis)
Castor or Ricinus communis is another herbal treatment for constipation. There are many properties of castor oil. It can help in improving your bowel movements. You can take a spoonful of it and mix it with lukewarm water and drink it in an empty stomach early in the morning.
