Application of Aloe Vera gel or cream can help in getting relief from inflammation, itching and scaling. Regular application for twice or thrice a day for at least 2 weeks will give considerable relief. Mixture of Aloe Vera gel and Garlic oil can also bring relief.
Mixture of olive oil, calendula oil and oregano oil is another good remedy for psoriasis. Use this mixture for gentle massage on the affected area. Another effective remedy that you can try is boil four marigold heads in four cups of water.
