5 Home Remedies For Spring Ailments

Spring Ailments

There are various ailments that are heralded with the change of season especially the spring season. Changes in the weather from cold to warm, the cold wind and air that blows from the thawing of ice and the pollen that floats from the blooming flowers, make many people sick and indisposed. They usually become sick because of low immunity. Allergies to certain substances that are found in the air only during the spring weather cause sneezing, runny nose, itching, sore throat, coughing and general malaise.

The poison ivy too grows during this season and people allergic to its toxic sap develop a severe rash on the exposed area of the skin. People also get sick from the bites of small and tiny insects that emerge during the spring season. Dust, pollen and other minute particles which float rampantly in the air cause respiratory problems, shortness of breath, red and teary eyes, headaches, nausea and fatigue. It is better to arm yourself with preventive measures as soon as spring season begins to reduce the severity of the symptoms.
