Six figs should be soaked in water overnight and should be taken in two parts, i.e., three in morning and three in evening. Another option is two figs should be soaked overnight in milk and should be taken in the morning. This practice should be regularly continued for one month to see effective results.
Clarified Butter And Sugar
Clarified butter is commonly known in households as ghee. Ghee is rich in saturated fats. It is high calorie food product and is rich in fats. Hence, it will help in increasing body weight.
