You can get a headache due to many factors ranging from lack of sleep to migraine. Most of the time a headache automatically vanishes when you take sleep comfortably in a soft bed with the lights out but sometimes your headache tends to become chronic or too painful to ignore through the day. Just 20 minutes of swimming can work wonders too! But if your headache is due to migraine, just get some mild exercise for 10-15 minutes.
