Hydrogen peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide works for effective removal of ear wax but it is dissolved in water earlier than application. Also, one should remember that more than 3 percent concentration of Hydrogen peroxide can be harmful. So it should be mixed with water first.
Baby oil
Baby oil is another awesome idea for this purpose. As this harmless oil softens the ear wax, it should be put into ear through a dropper. Place a cotton ball for sometime so that the ear wax will be softened. Then take out the cotton ball and clean the interior of ear carefully with an ear bud.
Saline solution
Mix about a tea spoon of salt in half cup of warm water and make saline solution. Soak a cotton ball in the solution and squeeze a few drop of the solution into ear by tilting the head on up side. This is the best way for removal of ear wax. Repeat the process with other ear.
Ear wax softening drops
If you are not interested to use home remedies for cleaning ear. You can also find a commercially available ear wax softening drop like Murine or Debrox for cleaning the ear.
Using warm mineral oil is also good, easy and safer idea. In order to warm the oil, never place it directly on the heat. Take some amount of oil in a small sized bowl. Then boil adequate amount of water in a big bowl or pan. Now, place the small bowl of oil over the boiling water, in this way, the water will be warmed and you can use it for removing ear wax. The all you need to do is dropping some drops of mineral oil in your ear with a cotton bud or dropper. Leave it for some time so that the oil will dissolve the ear wax.
All of these methods are useful and safe for removal of ear wax. Some people prefer removing the ear wax only with cotton bud / ear bud but this is not the safer way.
