Take the fenugreek seeds paste along with the water in which the seeds were soaked.
Drinking fenugreek tea once or twice a day can also help in stabilizing your blood sugar level. To brew fenugreek tea, you will need about one tablespoon of fenugreek seeds, three tablespoons of dried fenugreek leaves and a cup of water.
How To Make
Crush the fenugreek seeds and add the crushed seeds and dried fenugreek leaves in a pan. Boil the water and pour it over the seeds and leaves. Cover the pan and steep for 20 to 30 minutes. Strain and drink the tea.
